Terms of Service

By accessing and using ZenAdmin, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

ZenAdmin is an invoicing and administrative management solution for freelancers and small businesses in Switzerland. The service allows you to create quotes, QR invoices, manage clients, and export accounting data.

To use ZenAdmin, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities on your account.

You retain complete ownership of all data you create in ZenAdmin (invoices, clients, quotes). You can export your data at any time and delete it at your convenience.

Your data is hosted on secure servers in Switzerland. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information.

Applicable prices are indicated on our Pricing page. The Founder offer is limited to the first 50 registrations. Payment is made monthly or annually depending on the chosen option.

You can terminate your account at any time without notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your data for 30 days to allow export.

ZenAdmin is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified by email and will take effect 30 days after notification.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of Geneva have sole jurisdiction.
